JOB DETAILS:
Concrete Foreman (Underground)
Stefanutti Stocks Construction Zambia Limited, A Multi-Disciplinary Contractor Is Seeking A Qualified And Experienced Candidate To Fill In The Position Of An Underground Concrete Foreman
Primary Duties
• Ensures compliance with safety and quality assurance standards.
• Co-ordinate regular on-site meetings and maintains good lines of communication with all relevant parties
• Optimises on-site resources at an operational level.
• Develop and mentor construction staff
• Monitors and controls production costs and optimises site productivity.
• Must be able to solve problems and fix routine errors

QUALIFICATIONS
Construction Supervisory learnership or Artisan qualifications 10 years plus hand on experience in construction on the mine.
• Valid underground ticket
• Must be a Copperbelt resident

Work Hours: 8
