JOB DETAILS:
SILVEREST GARDENS is looking for a result driven construction engineer to manage our construction works / projects.
JOB PURPOSE:
To contribute to the planning, and designing of the projects and overseeing the engineering process of our construction works. .

KEY RESULT AREAS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Planning and designing
• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designing
• Prepare work schedules for the construction team
• Ensure that construction works are completed on time and within the set budgets
• Presenting construction project progress reports by updating senior managers

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• We looking for a candidate that have a typical experience in housing construction (This is very key)
• Somebody with experience of managing a team of General workers
• An engineer that has overall understanding of; electrical works like (wiring etc.) and plumbing also anything related to housing construction
• Somebody that can organize construction works properly
• A serious candidate that can work on fulltime basis only
• A quality manager to that effect
• An engineer that can meet the set targets for the company on time and without excuses

JOB REQUIRMENTS / COMPETENCIES:
• 4+ years of experience in construction industry.
• Must have a Diploma or Bachelors in construction / civil engineering or similar from any reputable institution
• Excellent team management Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Associate Degree
