Project Overview
ActionAid Zambia is seeking qualified contractors to support the construction of two modern Early Childhood Development (ECD) and a 1×2 Classroom block in Nakonde district. The interventions are aimed at strengthening the provision of quality education services to children in marginalized communities through quality infrastructure.

Submission of Bids
All bid documents shall be accessed at this link. Note that no hardcopies of the bid documents will be provided. However, submission of bids must be in hardcopy. Three copies of a sealed bid, including the schedules below must be submitted in the designated tender box at the address below:

1.     Signed Letter of Bid.

2.     Company Registration Certificate (PACRA)

3.     Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

4.     Valid ZPPA certificate.

5.     Completed Solicitation document indicating the specific Lot bidding for.

6.     Completed BOQ valid for 90days.

7.     Programme of works and Bar Chart outlining clear project timelines.

8.     National Council for Construction category B or C

9.     Social Security Certificate.
