REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Title:
Consultancy for the Provision of Independent Advisory Services to the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) in relation to value addition in the context of mineral processing on a one-year running contract, subject to review and possible renewal for another year based on satisfactory performance.

Project Overview:

This tender has been invited by the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) through the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System.

• Conducted using the Open International Selection (OIS) procedure, as outlined in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and subsequent amendments.

1. Floatation Date: Wednesday, 2nd October 2024, at 12:00 hours.
2. Pre-Proposal Conference: Tuesday, 15th October 2024, at 10:30 hours.
3. Tender Closing Date: Monday, 2nd December 2024, at 10:30 hours.

Submission Deadline:

• All proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-GP system by 10:30 hours on 2nd December 2024.
