Consultancy services are sought for  a consultant  to conduct a thorough analysis of the main policy gaps and implementation challenges in the Disaster Management policies in Zambia as part of the “ Strengthening Disaster Response and Preparedness in Nalolo, Kalabo and Sikongo Districts in the Western Province, Zambia Project.”

The project’s main objective is enhancing disaster preparedness and local risk management systems in three disaster-prone districts in Western Zambia. The project focuses on strengthening the capacities of sub-national disaster management agencies, particularly the District Disaster Management Committees, through technical training sessions.
