Expressions of Interest for the Provision of Technical Designs, Capacity Building and Quality Assurance On Hydrological Infrastructure to be Constructed in the SCRALA Project Area.

1.0 Background
The Water Resources Management Authority (WARMA) is a Responsible Party for implementing the Strengthening Climate Resilience of Agriculture Livelihoods in Agro-ecological Regions 1 & ll Project (SCRALA) in Zambia, The Project is funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) through the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The lead implementing entity is the Ministry of Agriculture. The Authority has received funds for this project and intends to apply part of these funds towards the procurement of consultancy services for the provision of technical designs, capacity building and quality assurance on all hydrological infrastructure to be constructed within the project area, including carrying out field assessments and preparation of workplans.

2.0 Objectives of the Consultancy
The consulting firm is expected to provide technical designs, capacity building and quality assurance on all hydrological related works within the project, including carrying out field assessments and preparation of workplans.

3.0 Scope of Works
The consulting firm will support the implementation of the SCRALA project through the provision of technical designs, specifications, procurement and installation of hydrological observation network surface water stations, groundwater stations and gauging weirs).

Those interested must collect ToRs from the WARMA HQ on Alick Nkhata Road, Longacres.
Bids clearly marked "Expressions of Interest for provision of technical designs, capacity building and quality assurance on all hydrological infrastructure to be constructed in the SCRALA project area for Water Resources Management Authority" must be deposited in the tender box at the ground floor of WARMA House Alick Nkhata Road, Longacres at WARMA in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
