Position Overview:
• We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Consumer Delegate. As a Consumer Delegate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and building strong relationships with consumers in the Kitwe region.
• Responsibilities:
• Promote Shalina Pharmaceuticals’ products to consumers in the Kitwe area.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate consumers on the benefits and uses of our products.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from consumers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing product awareness and sales.
• Utilize your experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and consumer feedback.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with exposure to FMCG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Copperbelt region.
