JOB DETAILS:
• MarcTina Consultancy is a company offering consultancy services across multiple industries and sectors, in various countries ( UK, Kenya, Zambia) .
• We are seeking for a talented and creative Content Creator and Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for storytelling, a flair for creating engaging content, and a knack for digital marketing strategies, we want to hear from you!
• As a Content Creator and Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports our marketing initiatives. Your role will involve developing written, visual, and multimedia content across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in implementing digital marketing campaigns and measuring their success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Maintain quality standards to preserve the integrity of data and findings
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Select a place to conduct interviews and obtain permission from all participants
• Analyze data using various statistical methods
• Write reports to summarize data and the implications of the results

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Education or training in Creative Arts will be an advantageous
• Proven experience in concept and content designing, and use of adobe creative cloud

Knowledge / Skills
• Proven work experience and track record as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Digital Marketer or similar role
• Experience in using Adobe suites is essential and critical
• Ability to create and maintain a coherent portfolio
• Excellent research, organization, and time-management skills, ability to deliver high quality content within agreed timeline
• Experience creating strong, engaging content, which are aligned to client objectives
• Strong listening and communication skills, able to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, a self starter is a key attribute for this role
