Job Qualifications:
• Traceable experience as cook (private chef), experience with Embassies and International Organizations is an added advantage;
• Grade seven (7) primary education;
• Good working knowledge of English is required, knowledge of Portuguese is an added advantage;
• Good knowledge of the international cuisine, including traditional European techniques, knowledge of Brazilian gastronomy is an added advantage;
• Ability to cope with extended working hours, if necessary;
• Must possess a polite and friendly attitude/demeanor;
• A tidy appearance, courtesy, discretion and high level of trustworthiness are essential personal attributes;
• · Brazilian or foreign citizens, applicants must prove that they have the right to reside in Zambia permanently, and is legally entitled to take full-time paid employment for an undetermined length of time, within the terms of the Zambian Law..
