Role Description:
We are looking for a Core Technical Project manager to deliver services in Middle East and Africa Region.
The Technical Project Manager is responsible to coordinate all Technical topics end-to-end in the Project as defined in Customer contract in terms of quality, risk, and time from delivery approach preparation through deployment, Customer acceptance and Care phase. Acts as primary Technical interface and first Technical escalation point within the Customer project. Perform Engineering (deployment, Integration, and testing) and design (HLD/LLD development) activities on need basis.

Requirements:
• Engineer graduated in Telecommunications Engineering.
• Technical Management process skills
• Make internal technical reports.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong experience and understanding of Mobile Networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE) and IP Networks.
• Experience with Implementation, Integration, Acceptance Tests, O&M and/or Care for Telecommunication Products.
• Competences/Expertise in system validation (end-to-end performance, KPI handling, mobile devices).
• Experience in Case Handling, including Emergency Support Activities.
• Experience with Nokia Core products MSS & MGW.
• Experience with Subscriber Data Management (SDM o UDC, One-NDS, HLR, HSS)
• Experience with VoLTE (IMS, Cloud, NokiaTAS, SBC)
• Experience with Nokia Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience with Protocol Analyzer Tools (Wireshark,…)
