JOB DETAILS:

POSITION: CORPORATE SALES MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: ENTERPRISE

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and implement Business Solutions and Postpaid Products.
  
• Achieve the budgeted sales and increase sales of Airtel corporate products to nominated customers.
  
• Achieve individual monthly goals and hence the quarterly and annual sales through the successful execution of tactical plans.
  
• Recruit; organize and train the sales force in order to achieve settled goals
  Structuring and equipping a Sales Team; Recruitment and training of the Corporate sales force
  
• Market segmentation, Build a sales plan & strategy, and put in place a selling toolkit for the corporate sales force.
  

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

• Telecom sales experience .
  
• 4+year’s relevant experience in telecom industry, preferably in customer-facing activities in an Enterprise environment. Candidates with prior Experience in Sales of
• Wire-line products vis-a-vis, MPLS, VPN, Data Center & Cloud shall be given preference, however not mandatory.
  
• Telecoms Product knowledge/usage of product by clients ISP/ IT Network solutions
  
• Excellent knowledge of ISP products within a product family
  
• IT literacy Basic computer skills in data base management
