JOB DETAILS:
The Partners Group Limited producers of Partners Guide Magazine, was established in 2007 and has been regarded by the European Times as “Zambia’s leading media platform for reaching out to key stakeholders such as businesspersons, policy and decision makers.”
The magazine features a regular foreword from the Republican President of Zambia, has been read by several head of state and billionaires. It has also been distributed to every MP in Parliament.
Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Job Purpose: to help us meet our customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The sales manager will be responsible for maximizing the company`s sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• meeting planned sales goals
• setting individual sales targets with the sales team

Qualifications and Experiences
• Minimum of a Diploma in marketing/ Business
• Degree in business administration or a related field will be added advantage
• A holder of Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum 3 years work experience in advertising, marketing, insurance and sales industries.
• Valid Zambian Driver’s License

• Able to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills required to work with others to complete the given tasks
• Innovative and creative
• Someone who Confident, Presentable and Able to use own initiative.
