JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
1. Provide correct expense figures as requested
2. ⁠Ensure administrative and operation cost figures are correctly recorded and relevant expenses are accounted.
3. ⁠Ensure the accurate recording of all sundry and consumable goods purchased.
4. ⁠provide daily cost of all sundry and consumable goods issued to various hotel departments
5. ⁠Monitor daily input of stock movements ( purchasing,receiving, issuing, transfers) into computer system on a cost basis
6. ⁠Analyze good and beverage cost weekly
7. ⁠prepare timetable for and stock sheet for regular stock takes and coordinates timely counting and valuation
8. ⁠Approve invoices and statements for purchase priced as detailed from purchasing
9. ⁠Report to work station according to schedule with high standard of professionalism
10. ⁠Ensure all financial transactions are recorded with accepted accounting principles and established accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements
1. Degree/ Diploma in Account
2. ⁠1 year plus work experience working in a hotel
