JOB DETAILS:
MINIMUM 10 YEARS CREATIVE ARTS TERTIARY INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE MINIMUM 10 YEARS CREATIVE ARTS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Serve as CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER the Open window University.
• Establish strategies for long, medium and short term goals leading to growth and development Conceptualise and implement efficient and innovative operation and strategy structures that ensure the sustainability and recognition of the University, both locally and abroad.
• Assist in the broad strategy of the digitisation of curriculum content.
• Assist in the sourcing and recruitment of capable lecturers and other required staff across the various Creative Arts disciplines, as identified by growth and need.
• Establish and pursue international partnership and collaboration opportunities.

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
