Responsibilities
The following will be your key responsibilities:
• Search for and interact with potential customers.
• Establish and grow a personal customer base.
• Conduct thorough assessments of loan applicants by carefully reviewing their applications.
• Determine the creditworthiness of applicants through background checks and verification to ensure they meet the criteria for obtaining credit facilities.
• Develop reliable referral networks with current clients.
• Loan Agents and Team Management
• Foster reliable connections with clients, aiming to improve their satisfaction.
• Operate in compliance with established regulations and adhere to all legal obligations consistently.

Qualifications
• The candidate must possess a complete Grade 12 Certificate with credits or higher in English and Mathematics.
• They should have completed tertiary education, obtaining at least a certificate in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• The candidate must demonstrate the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• The ability to handle tight deadlines and maintain composure under pressure is a crucial trait.
• Having experience in any industry will be advantageous.
• Applicants must be aged twenty years or older.
