JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking the services of a crop farming supervisor to conduct our field farming of crops and vegetables.

Duties:
• Supervising of permanent and temporary field hands/workers
• Creating field calendars and workflows
• Ensure the meeting of targets and deadlines
• All other duties as may be required by the manager for field success.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 certificate
• Experience in crop and vegetable farming
• Good reading and writing skills
• A Certificate in Agriculture is an advantage

Reporting:
The farm supervisor reports to the Manager.
