JOB DETAILS:
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships. This involves providing coverage of relationships from the point of application through to enrolment and thereafter. Customer Success Managers cover relationships with students and their parent/s.
Responsibilities
Admissions
• Focus on making a SPECIAL & MEMORABLE experience for our clients from the first moment they reached out, to the last.
• Schedule product demos for prospective students/parents
• Showcase product to prospective students/parents
• Answer all questions prospective students/parents may have
• Build rapport with parents/students and keep in touch regardless of whether enrolment happens or not
• Enrolment & orientation
Onboard applicants
• Engaging applicants within 24hrs of application
• Teaching students/parents how to use ClassGuru
• Keeping in touch with new students throughout their first and second week
• Keeping parents clued up with their child’s progress during orientation and after
Student welfare
• Ensure children are enjoying their learning experience in a healthy safe environment to foster social-emotional and intellectual growth.
• Working with the careers guidance counsellor to plan engaging activities physically where possible and share work volunteer opportunities to help shape our student's career goals after school
