JOB DETAILS:
Position Summary: As a Data Analyst, you will analyse data to support strategic decisions and improve operations. Your role will involve creating and managing reports and dashboards to provide clear insights into business metrics and trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyse various data sets to produce actionable business reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to showcase key performance indicators and trends.
• Identify data patterns, ensure data quality, and create visual reports using tools like charts and graphs.
Data Engineering:
• Build and maintain data pipelines for effective data handling.
• Optimize data processes for better performance and efficiency.
• Document data workflows to support team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills :
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic BI tools is an added advantage
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with simple data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and basic data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
