Position: Debt Collector
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum qualification in Accounts /Finance or a related field.
• Experience in debt collection, recoveries, or customer care will be an added advantage

Skills and Abilities
• The candidate should exhibit basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to handle pressure
• Must have the ability to maintain ethical standards
