Logistics
• Validate Product specific installation steps
• Agree on training schedules, venues, dates, users, roles, delivery points
• Make necessary travel arrangements
Training
• Prepare training material
• Share policies and asset registers with internal and external shareholders
Deployment
• Confirm readiness for deployment
• Install and enrol applications on the project specific devices
• Distribute devices
• Complete asset allocation register
• Demonstrate contribution to meeting client commitments
• Maintain a detailed understanding of deployment activity across multiple projects, including status, release dates, issues/risks, readiness and impact, adoption status
Support
• Provide first line support to clients, in the form of identification of problem areas and providing training for the same
• Provide second line support in the form of updating the company’s internal communications systems that are in place
• Develop risk/issue mitigation strategies, identify and resolve deployment risk in support of quality and risk management processes
Sign-off and Reporting
• Perform follow-up client training as required
• Complete and communicate deployment report per deployment timeously
Management
• Meet with project teams on a regular basis to ensure involvement in project planning and deployment definition
• Manage and complete multiple concurrent assignments, according to standards and templates
