JOB DETAILS:
TIME TRUCKING LIMITED/TIME PETROLEUM LIMITED, the leading transportation companies in Zambia, are looking to employ qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:
DEPUTY HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER:

Attributes:
• Good understanding of human resources management.
• Knowledge of labour laws and legislation.
• Human Resource research and consultancy.
• Good analytical skills.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills.

Qualification and experience:
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human resources management, public administration or related field.
• Work experience: At least three years of post-qualification experience.
• Other Qualifications: A Grade 12 school certificate with a minimum of five “O” levels (credit or better).
• Membership: Membership in the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
