JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To promote the image and services of Mika Group of Hotels to ensure that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts. Reaching a larger audience by creating and enhancing digital media platforms for marketing its goods and services.
Liaises with:
Marketing Manager, Mika Hotel’s management, Central reservation and unit front office staff.

Main Duties:
Digital marketing
• Formulation of strategy to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and updating the website
• Planning and monitoring the company’s presence on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.). Social media platforms (posts) must be pre-approved by assigned Manager before use.
• Launching optimized online advertisement to increase company and brand awareness.
• Prepare online newsletter and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Constantly check on guest feedback and professionally respond to inquiries and queries as well as compliments.
• Produce statistics from campaigns.
• Intensify monitoring of social media performance in relation to business brought in from the online platforms.
• Invite as many individuals and organization’s to the page as possible.
• You will be required to perform any other lawful duties as given to you by your superiors.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports.

• Good command of written English for communication purposes

• Good knowledge of all digital marketing channels and tools
