Topstar is a Zambian communications company with a mandate to offer Digital life to all Zambians. As an equal opportunity employer and fast growing company, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate to fill the vacancy of Digital Marketing Officer. .

Responsibility
• Formulate annual strategy target, sale target and operation plan of new media operation department follow with brand standard.
• Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist PR and others to develop the PR, product and promotion activity, also analysis and summarize work report.
• Assist content marketing department to develop content and channel promotion activity, also analysis operation data and summarize work report.
• Assist other departments to develop new media promotion and marketing activity. Stay up to date with digital media development.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience for product design on internet or operation or digital marketing and digital media research and planning.
• Familiarity with operation mode and management of broadcasting and TV, media, communication. It will be priority with digital media planning experience in 4A agency or the one who have good media cooperation resource.
• Be good at interpersonal communication and team building. The one who should have rich experience of digital media, website operation, APP promotion and consumer behavior analysis.
• Write and speak English fluently.English will be work language.
Education Qualification
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or any Business related course, A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Local Residents will be given priority.
• Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to adapt to Change Able to Coach and Mentor his subordinate.
• Possess strong product and system knowledge.
• Excellent communications, writing and analytical skills and Problem solving skills.
