JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Direct Sales Agents
Location: Lusaka and Kitwe
Purpose of Role
To sell and cross-sale the Bank’s products and services whilst building long-term profitable customer relationships. .

Responsibilities
• Market a certain bank products and services to new clients.
• Process client’s account opening with discretion and confidentiality.
• Ensure that sales targets are met as agreed.
• Participate in sales and marketing campaigns to sensitize potential customers about the bank’s products.
• Maintain own sales performance statistics for management information usage.
• Submit completed loan applications to the Team Leader for review and subsequent submission to the Branch Manager.
• Check the accuracy of all submitted customer account opening and loan application documents.
• Comply with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.
• Share knowledge and experience with other DSAs in the team.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any business-related field.
• Knowledge of competitor products and sales will be an added advantage
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Should have good interpersonal skills.
• At least two (2) years of sales industry experience as a Direct Sales Agents
