Exponent Bizolutions Ltd is a Pan African Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Organization that specializes in BPO, consultancy services, retention and churn management, campaign execution, sales lead generation, quality assurance management, market research and survey, training and recruitment.
We seek to recruit suitable and qualified candidates for the position of Direct Sales Agents.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Drive sales by identifying and reaching out to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer support and follow-up

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in direct sales or a related field
• Must have a complete Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
