ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks a Director of Administration and Finance to be based in Lusaka, Zambia. The Director of Administration and Finance will be responsible for overseeing all finance and administration functions of ICAP in-Zambia including budget development and tracking, financial management and reporting, subcontracts, procurement, and office management.
ICAP Zambia seeks to fill this position by 1 August 2022. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage. A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience with at least seven (5) years of work experience at an international NGO is required and one should have demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting financial data as well as working with US government donor agencies.
