Job Description

Main duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, assess and advise the District authorities on matters pertaining to specific master plans;
  
• Work with concerned staff, in drafting of local urban design guidelines for specific areas;
  
• Conduct analysis prior to any issuance of a construction permit, regarding the design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time and advise accordingly;
  
• Conduct periodical on site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with pre approved architectural plans;
  
• Evaluate the aesthetics of buildings visa vis the District master plan prior to the issuance of occupation permits and advise accordingly.
  

Job Profile

A0 in Architecture, Civil Engineering
