JOB DETAILS:
Join our team and bring your expertise to drive our product strategies forward! We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Donaldson Product Specialist. This position is crucial for developing business plans, engaging with cross-functional teams, and driving product innovation to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business units to develop effective business plans that achieve revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to devise strategic business initiatives.
Develop pricing strategies and guidelines for launching new products.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend product improvements.
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to steer product development.
Identify new business opportunities through product enhancements and updates.
Support the marketing team in crafting strategies that enhance sales and profitability.
Deliver product and sales training to the marketing team and suppliers.
Provide support for marketing materials, campaigns, tradeshows, and other promotional efforts.
Facilitate the introduction and rollout of new products.
Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Engage in ongoing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product details, market dynamics, and sales processes.
Ensure accurate documentation of all product-related activities.
Assist with inventory management, including stock controls, orders, and deliveries.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of Filtration technologies.
Strong analytical skills and customer-focused approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively.
Must possess a valid passport and have a clean criminal record.
