JOB DETAILS:
The incumbent will be responsible for training and conducting assessments while maintaining a place of work that is safe and free from risk to health and to environment with the objective of ensuring that production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Training and conducting assessments
• Ensuring that the machine is in good condition for operation
• Ensure proper machine house keeping
• Ensure that risk assessment is done prior to any task and reporting all defects and hazards on equipment that is not working
• Ensuring that he/she adhere to set times for fueling of machines and that all machines do not stop because of fuel
• Ensuring his safety and the safety of the entire work force
Job requirements (All positions)
• BGCSE
• 2 years valid class B driver’s license
• At least 2 years mining experience as an operator
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
