Skills & Abilities
• Ability to analyse and solve problems.
• Good knowledge of computers.
• Good time management, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Preparing detailed architectural drawings for tender/council approval and construction
• Preparing plans and 3D renders for marketing
• Preparing technical details for architectural features
• Preparing civil drawings for water, sewerage, electricity
• Preparing civil drawings for cut and fill
• Preparing civil drawings for roads and drainage
Qualifications:
• A Diploma in Architecture or any related field. A degree will be an added advantage
• Registered member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
• Minimum 2 years experience in drawing building structures.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24 12:00:00 AM Associate Degree
