JOB DETAILS:
The Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) was established by an Act of Parliament No. 15 of 2003 on 20th September, 2003. ZIPS is a world class Institute of supply chain professionals to regulate, train, promote, improve and uphold standards of best practice in supply chain management and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sustainable social economic development in the country. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals with a vision to excel in the following position: -
Position: Education Manager (Re-advertised)
Location: Head Office
Summary of duties and responsibilities
The job holder shall be responsible for developing and implementing education program and ensure that there is growth in student enrolments and institutions offering ZIPS programs. Review and develop appropriate system and procedures for the education program.

Qualifications and Competencies
• Must have a bachelor's degree in "Procurement and Supplies, computer Science/ Business/ Public Administration. A Master's Degree in s relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Master's degree in Procurement and Supplies' or a professional qualification in the same discipline is a definite advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Prior experience in a similar institution
• Must be a member of a recognized Professional Body.
• Must have at least Ten (10) years' work experience, Five (5) years at Middle Management level.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
