• Planning
  
• Supervision
  
• Monitoring

• Management for all ESC activities
  
• Managing/Supervising budget of all resources, including Fundraising/sponsorship acquisition
  
• High profile contacts to private sector and other stakeholders on management level
  
• Analyze Labor Market information on Labor Market trends for career guidance/monitoring on Labor Market development/information within center
  
• Coordination of career guidance activities
  
• Coordination of volunteering activities
  
• Organisation of job fair
  
• Liaison to stakeholders
  
• Regular information and reporting to the district
  
• Setting up and maintaining a supportive network with Civil Society Organization and Private Sector
  
• Perform any other duty assigned by his supervision.
  

Job Profile

Master’s Degree in Labour Economics, Economics, Project Management, Development Studies, Economic development, Business Administration with one year of working experience or Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in the above mentioned Fields with 5 years of working experience in related fields
