Engineering Stores Controller – Reporting to the Technical Manager

Among other responsibilities, you are expected to;
• Storing goods safely and orderly in designated locations
• Managing and controlling inventory
• Managing and controlling stock coding
• Maintaining good housekeeping in stores and associated locations
• Controlling cost of spares
• Ensuring critical spares are available at agreed stock levels
• Maintaining stores management system
• Identifying and reducing slow moving inventory and recommend obsolete spares for disposal
• Tracking shipments and address any delays
• Placing orders and load in OEM e-shopping platform

Qualifications & Experience
• Full grade 12 certificate
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 Years’ experience working within a manufacturing or engineering administration or stock control environment.
• Knowledge of 5S, safety rules and regulations
• Good understanding of SOP development and implementation
• Knowledge of Stores Management System
• Excellent organisation skills
• EIZ Member

Level of Education: Associate Degree
