JOB DETAILS:
UDL is a private real estate development company leading the way in changing the landscape of Rwanda through its residential and commercial development projects. Ultimate Developers Ltd. would like to recruit an Estate Manager who will work under the overall supervision of the Commercial Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose: The Estate Manager will have, direct property management experience, ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and the flexibility to handle changing priorities and complex issues that require detailed and persistent follow through;

Key Competences;

• Manage oversight of all necessary maintenance for common elements of all real Estate Project of Vision City.
  
• Train the estate occupants/care takers on proper handling of common facilities and their Maintenance;
  
• Develop calendar for all required maintenance and schedule preventive maintenance;
  
• Establish scope of work for projects and oversee maintenance contracts;
  
• Manage ongoing and routine maintenance projects;
  
• Manage capital replacement projects with involvement of third-party consultants as needed;
  
• Review on a regular basis services and projects; document conditions requiring attention;
  
• Report to management on maintenance issues at the property;
  
• Develop communications and disseminate information to all Association members about matters of importance in their community;
  
• Write and transmit individual owner correspondence regarding violations of policies or other matters affecting an individual unit owner and copy the management on such letters;
  
• Oversee immediate reporting of all workplace injuries;
  
• Responsible for all on-site personnel employed by UDL;
  
• Oversee fulfilment of all obligations provided by the governing documents of the Association and the relevant city regulations;
  
• Works with the sales team to ensure adequate cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment checks and adjustments as necessary.
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management
  
• Client services, account management, and/or property management experience
  
• Practical familiarity with personnel management
  
• Minimum 3 years of transferable work experience
  
• Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint,Excel and Word
