Project Title: Facilitating green schools, colleges and villages

Evaluation Period: 15th January, 2024 – 29th February, 2024.

SCOPE Zambia is seeking to hire the services of a consultant(s) to conduct an End of Project Evaluation. SCOPE Zambia is a part of the ReSCOPE network, a constellation of five country chapters including Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Malawi. Since our inception in 2016, SCOPE Zambia has been steadfast in its mission as a non-profit organisation, dedicated to fostering holistic environmental education and sustainable land management practices across schools, colleges, and communities. At the core of our operational ethos lies a commitment to inclusivity, participation, and practicality in permaculture. Permaculture is a sustainable and holistic approach to designing and managing our environments.

Expressions of interest should include:

• The CV of the applicants – ideally a team of 1 male evaluator and 1 female evaluator
• Brief technical – short explanation and justification of the methods to be deployed and a specific paragraph that sets out how relevant cross-cutting issues need to be taken into consideration
• Financial proposal – It should indicate the complete cost estimate that includes both, the fee as well as any ancillary costs to be incurred, such as transport, accommodation, taxes, fees and costs of workshops in the scope of the evaluation etc.
• A sample of a previous report produced by the applicant(s)
