JOB DETAILS:
Division/Department: Managing Partner’s Office
Reports to: Managing Partner
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the Calendar for the Managing Partner
• Track business collections on behalf of the Managing Partner
• Track Work in Progress on behalf of the Managing Partner
• Following up Management Accounts on behalf of the Managing Partner
• Maintain the Firm Website and Social Media pages
• Conduct and Lead Social Media Campaigns
• Organize Firm events
• Follow up Performance Appraisals on behalf of the Managing Partner
• Plan bookings and trips for the Managing Partner
• Produce reports as instructed by the Managing Partner
• Take meeting minutes for the Managing Partner
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Experience in similar role is Preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Trustworthy

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the firm standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
