JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Executive Chef/ Production Manager in our dynamic Kitchen. As the key leader in our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic culinary direction, develop innovative menus, and maintain high-quality standards of Hygiene and safety.
• Manage the entire food production process, from sourcing and procurement to preparation and presentation, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive work environment, and providing guidance for skill development and growth.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create diverse and appealing menus that align with the Nutribunny brand and culinary trends while considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to consistently deliver exceptional food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Monitor food and labor costs, implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality, and contribute to achieving financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Production Manager in a high-volume culinary environment.
– Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
