JOB DETAILS:
We are excited to announce that we are looking for competent and experienced Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executives.
Here’s what you’ll do:
– Prepare marketing and sales plans
– Research competitors
– Create and manage marketing campaigns (including social media!)
– Set budgets and deadlines
– Build relationships with clients
– Answer client questions
– Promote the company’s products and services
– Meet sales targets
– Handle client complaints
– Negotiate deals
– Gather client feedback
– Write monthly reports

To qualify, you’ll need:
– A diploma in marketing, advertising, sales, or a similar field (preferred)
– A driver’s license
– Experience in real estate sales and marketing (at least 2 years)
– Strong knowledge of marketing tactics
– Experience with CRM software
– Be organized and results-oriented
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Be proficient in Microsoft Office products
– Have leadership skills
– Be able to work under pressure and independently
– Be a team player with good negotiation and sales skills
