EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

By virtue of our strategic intermediary market position, Aflife Properties Limited(Afprop) has been mandated by select clients pursuing optimal property re-alignment objectives, to source properties on disposal within the market for likely purchase consideration, while a section of our high value clientele seek to dispose their diversified property portfolios to interested off-takers. Afprop now invites interested stakeholders to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for either property disposal or purchasing, clearly providing the following information under each category.

1) Property disposals
• Property type (residential, commercial, industrial or retail etc.)
• Property size and land extent
• Location
• Occupancy status
• Reserve disposal price

2) Property purchasing
• Property type (residential, commercial, industrial or retail etc)
• Property size and land extent
• Preferred location
• Budget Amount

Submission Procedure

The sealed bids must be clearly marked for either category or both, addressed to the Company Head and deposited in a tender box at Aflife Properties Limited on the Fourth (4th) floor of Mpile office Park, 74 Independence Avenue.
