JOB DETAILS:
The management of Rwanda Energy Group Limited (REG Ltd) informs the Public that it is recruiting competent, qualified and experienced staff to the following positions:
 External Link Coordinator (Director)
Number Required: 1
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery

• Coordinate the different External Technical Consultant groups / Institutions;
• Track & Monitor to ensure the External Consultants deliver the project’s Terms of Reference;
  Leadership
• Develop Business Plan and Budget for External Link Department aligned with REG Strategic Plans;
• Develop Deliverables, agree KPIs, Monitor, Review and Evaluate performance for External Link team;

Educational requirements & experience:

• Master’s Degree in communications, public relations, journalism or relevant discipline with at least 8 years of working experience
  Or
• A degree in Arts, Social Sciences or Mass Communication, public relations or any other relevant discipline with at least 10 years of working experience.
• The candidate should have at least 5 years working in a large organization at a managerial level.
• Should be knowledgeable about the electricity supply industry in Rwanda
