JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
1. Prepare plans and schedules for planting, harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectation.
2. Monitor the work in the fields to discover, analyse, and tackle problems.
3. Draft analyse report and necessary policy.
4. Handle Performance Appraisal
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
2. At least 5 years working experience.
3. Ability to make decisions in stressful environment.
4. Good character with sober mind.
5. Experience working in a multinational firm (Chinese) will be an added advantage.
6. Knowledge in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
