Job Summary
Cani Cruz Zambia Limited is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated individual to oversee farm operations, ensuring the effective management of both crop production and animal husbandry activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise day-to-day farm operations, including crop cultivation, harvesting, and animal care.
2. Monitor and evaluate farm productivity to ensure optimal output.
3. Manage farm workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring performance meets set standards.
4. Ensure adherence to safety and agricultural best practices.
5. Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including production data, inventory, and staff performance.
6. Provide regular reports on farm progress and recommend improvements to management.
7. Oversee the maintenance of farm equipment, tools, and infrastructure.
8. Plan and coordinate planting and harvesting schedules for efficient farm management.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized institution.
o Applicants with a Degree in Agriculture will have an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in farm supervision or a similar role.
• Knowledge Requirements:
o Strong understanding of crop production and animal science.
o Proficiency in farm management practices and agricultural techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Skills and Competencies
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed farm production records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of modern agricultural technologies and practices is an added advantage.
