JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to oversee our poultry and vegetable farm operations in Ndola. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for agriculture and a proven track record in poultry management.

Responsibilities:
* Kick starting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the poultry farm, including broiler and layer management.
* Managing the cultivation and harvesting of green vegetables.
* Implementing and monitoring effective farming techniques to optimize yield and quality.
* Ensuring efficient resource utilization.
* Maintaining accurate records of poultry and crop production, as well as financial data.
* Preparing regular reports on farm performance and making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in poultry farming, including broiler and layer management.
* Knowledge of various agricultural techniques and best practices.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
