JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate pay off deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in Payments or accounts
• Stock audits at different warehouses
• Stock and cash reconciliations
• Inspection of warehouses, giving reports on storage conditions
• Prepare debtors reconciliations reports on monthly basis

Skills and Abilities:
• Strong communication skills to work with Accountants and other co-workers
• Excellent attention to details to review large amounts of data and numbers
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Multitasking and time management Skills
• Attention to details
• Excellent research skills to find all related information needed
• Proficiency in Accounting software and spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications:
• Full grade twelve (12) Certificate
• Diploma in Accountancy ( ZICA – CA – Application Level) or Equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 Years experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Computer Literate
• Valid drivers License
