Job Responsibilities:
The Successful candidate will report to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for:
• Contacting potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service.
• Responding to questions about products or the company
• Generating and capturing clients.
• Capturing and filing all processed clients on a daily basis.
• Update client’s information in the database.
• Ensuring that all customer queries are attended to.

Job Qualifications:
• A full grade Twelve certificate
• Certificate in marketing added advantage
• At least 6 months working experience in Marketing/Sales
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle disputes and meet customer needs
• Hardworking, honest and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good customer relations.
