JOB DETAILS:
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team by identifying new construction and renovation projects across Lusaka.

Responsibilities:
• Visit assigned areas within Lusaka daily to identify new and ongoing construction and renovation projects (residential and commercial).
• Utilize strong observation skills to pinpoint potential clients in the early stages of construction.
• Gather relevant information from sites, including project type, estimated timeline, and contact details of project owners or contractors.
• Obtain phone numbers and details of decision-makers at construction sites
• Document all findings, including location, project descriptions, and contact information.
• Submit detailed reports to the Sales Manager on a daily basis
• Assist the Sales Manager with additional marketing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Construction, Sanitary-ware, Tiles, Doors & Windows, Roofing Sales Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar fields
• Experience in a field role or sales prospecting
• Excellent communication and detailed report writing skills
• Ability to use public-transport for daily commute to localities within Lusaka
