Role Profile
Part I: Identification Information
Title: Finance Assistant
Department: Administration
Salary Grade: GP3
Responsible to: Finance Officer
Responsible for: Assist in the Finance office.
Location: Ndola
Salary: Competitive Salary & Allowances

Part II: Nature and Scope of Job
1. Purpose
To assist in all activities of the Finance Department efficiently and effectively in order to achieve the club's vision.

2. Principal Accountabilities
• Prepare Bank, Debtors Creditors and other reconciliations.
• Ensure all statutory and mandatory payments are prepared accurately and are paid before due dates.
• Maintain and ensure the asset register is up to date at all times.
• Banking transactions i.e. collection of bank statements, confirmation lists, cash withdraws bank deposits & taking instructions to the bank.
• Execute any other relevant duties assigned by the Treasurer.
• Match day payments and accounting for gate takings.

Part III: Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 GCE O’Level or its equivalent.
• Diploma or equivalent from a proven college or University.
• Proven work experience.
• Strong in customer services competencies.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in sport would be desirable, but it is not a prerequisite.
