Finance And Admin Clerk x 1 – Kitwe

Key Responsibilities
• Attend to walk in clients and redirect them to the intended department
• Premium receipting and banking
• Banking and receipting reports
• Direct business accounts reconciliations
• Payment plan follow ups-direct business
• Answering phones and redirecting the same
• Renewals for business permits/Fire certificates/Health certificate
• Petty Cash management
• Office stationary management
• Rentals/Utilities management
• Phone data/airtime management
• General office requirements management
Required qualifications & Experience
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 O Levels including English and Mathematics
• Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
• 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
