• Our client is a leading supplier of solar and electrical products for both residential and commercial applications.

Job Description:
• Are you passionate about sales and possess technical understanding of solar and electrical products? We are seeking a Sales Technician to join our team in Lusaka. As a Sales Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our customers while driving sales of our innovative products.

Responsibilities:
1. As a knowledgeable sales representative, you will engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solar and electrical products.
2. Required to posses a positive attitude towards customers at all times
3. Provide comprehensive technical guidance to customers, explaining user guides, installation advice, and maintenance practices.
4. Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding product functionality and selection.
5. Conduct thorough analysis and diagnostics on situational cases for customers experiencing challenges with their products/systems, ensuring a prompt resolution.
6. Perform regular audits on solar and electrical products to maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, ensuring a pleasant and conducive environment for customers.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
1. Grade 12 certificate.
2. Trade certificate or higher qualification in electrical training; training in solar systems is an added advantage.
3. Basic technical understanding of solar and electrical products.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
6. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the solar or electrical industry.
7. Demonstrated passion for sales and the drive to exceed targets.
8. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and learn new technologies.
Preference will be given to Lusaka residents!
