Exciting opportunity in Lusaka Zambia. An international company is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager in the Automotive sector to start as soon as possible. .

  Job Responsibilities:
o Loading relevant information of all new vehicle’s entrants onto the CMS
o Ensuring the proper training of staff to understand unique content of contracts
o System improvements and accurate investigations
o Manage technical relationship with dealerships
o Conduct risk assessments of all authorizations to minimize daily risk
o Manage relationship between customers and sales staff where technical issues are concerned
o Ensure all warranty and policy claims are submitted timeously
o Ensuring smooth workflow, processes and procedures
o Quality control of all staffs work
o Ensuring quotations are presented timeously and accurately
o Ensuring all annual vehicle licenses, roadworthy and insurance renewals are done
o Ensuring accident claims are dealt with and compliant
o Ensure correct termination of vehicles and movement into stock
o Assist with the disposal of vehicles
o Ensure accurate monthly reporting
o Manage and develop staff
o Manage SLA’s and admiration of complete departments to minimize risks
o Cost management and reductions through pricing negotiations

o Matric
o 5 years’ experience in a Call Centre
o Technical or Mechanical qualification
o Business Qualification
o Experience with managing at least 10 team members
